Cancellation and Refund Policy
These Cancellation and Refund Policies ("Policies") govern the use of Żiffa Farmhouse ("we," "us," or "our") farmhouse rental services and the use of the www.ziffafarmhouse.com website (referred to as "Site"). Please read these Policies carefully before making a reservation.

1. Cancellation Period
1.1. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. We appreciate early notice to accommodate other potential guests.
2. Cancellation Charges
2.1. Cancellations made at least 35 days before the scheduled check-in date will lose the 25% deposit.
2.2. Cancellations made between 15 and 35 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid less applicable bank charges.
2.3. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy
3.1. In case of a no-show, where guests fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
4. Early Departure
4.1. In the event of an early departure, guests are responsible for the full length of the reserved stay. No refunds will be provided for unused nights.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5 days after the cancellation request is approved.
6. Travel Insurance
6.1. We strongly recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations.
7. Modification or Rescheduling
7.1. If you need to modify your reservation or reschedule your stay, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, depending on availability.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. In cases of unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure situations, we may need to alter or cancel reservations. In such cases, we will work with guests to provide alternative dates or refunds, as applicable.
